I'm a Realtor with ReeceNichols South Central Kansas, a real estate investor, and a lifelong local. I've personally helped 250+ families buy, build, or sell around Wichita, and I built this site so you can get to know the area before you ever pick up the phone.
Where I Come From
I grew up in Valley Center, just north of Wichita, and that's where I met my wife back in 5th grade. We both went to Wichita State, and today we live in East Wichita with our kids. A lot of what I share on this site comes from being a parent here, whether that's figuring out schools or finding a good park for a Saturday morning.
How I Got Into Real Estate
I studied mechanical engineering at Wichita State and started my career as an engineer at Koch Industries. I learned a lot there, but I've always been wired to build my own thing. I paid my way through college with a mowing business, and after Koch I started buying rentals and learning real estate from the ground up. In 2021 I went full time as a Realtor, and I still invest and flip homes today. That means I look at every house two ways: is it a good place for your family to live, and is it a smart buy.
Why I Started Next Stop: Wichita
So many families I worked with were trying to figure out Wichita from online listings and a few Facebook groups. I wanted one honest place to learn the suburbs, the schools, and the market, so I started making videos and writing it all down. Most of my videos are suburb tours and market updates, with some of my favorite spots around town mixed in. We film everything ourselves, so what you see is really what it's like to live here.
